Why are sugar cookies so festive? These little guys are flavored with vanilla and a dash of peppermint oil then dipped in silky white chocolate and sprinkled with crushed candy canes. I can always tell when a cookie is going to be good when I have to stop myself from eating too much of the raw dough 😳 If you are anti-candy cane I want to know what you would substitute it for!

So I have a billion cookie cutters but my round one is huge! I refuse to buy any more so the solution came int eh form of a mason jar!
It’s not the most photogenic work surface but I always roll out my cookie dough between two layers of plastic wrap. SO easy to move around and no worries about getting stuck on the table.
I love my Silpat! I feel like it helps a bit to prevent burning the edges. Think that’s true? Did I put the cookies on this bare cookie sheet for the sake of a photo? Maybe…
