Cool, botanical, and refreshing, this Cucumber Martini has a delicious twist on a classic martini. Made with only three ingredients, you'll love how quick and easy this cocktail is to make!
Use a vegetable peeler to get a few thin slices of cucumber. Just run it down the side of the cucumber, discard the first slice or two, you don't want that much peel. Set aside for garnish.
Cut the remaining cucumber into ¼ inch slices, you'll need 4-6 for the cocktail. Add the cucumber slices to a glass.
Pour vermouth into the glass and muddle the cucumbers. Transfer everything and add the gin to a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice.
Shake or stir then strain the cocktail into martini glass.

Notes
To make the drink even colder, you can chill your martini glasses in the freezer beforehand.
Feel free to add more or less gin to make the cocktail as strong as you prefer.
Don’t have a cocktail shaker? You can use a mason jar or any jar with a tight-fitting lid then strain through a mesh strainer.
Try adding some green herbs for a bit of fresh mint, basil, or thyme for an extra botanical note!
For added sweetness try adding an ounce of St. Germaine, or simple syrup.
Citrus goes really well with cucumber so if you don’t want to use a cucumber as a garnish, you can use a lemon or lime twist!
