For the Dressing:
1/4

balsamic vinegar

tablespoons
honey
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS:
Toast walnuts and cut figs.
For the Dressing:
Pour vinegar and honey into a small pan on medium low heat and stir. Cook until reduced by about 1/3.
For the assembly:
Add ingredients to a large bowl, toss and serve. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
