Servings 2 servings
- 1 lb large shrimp
- 1 lemon
- 4-5 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- Sprinkle of sea salt
Devein and take off the shells of each shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a large pan over a medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook about 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add the minced garlic and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and just cooked through.
Remove from heat, add the lemon juice and parsley and stir together.
