Sauteed Shrimp

  • 1 lb large shrimp
  • 1 lemon
  • 4-5 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • Sprinkle of sea salt


  • Devein and take off the shells of each shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Melt the butter in a large pan over a medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook about 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and just cooked through.
  • Remove from heat, add the lemon juice and parsley and stir together.
