Agua Fresca Watermelon

This delicious and refreshing drink comes together in just a few minutes and it's perfect for a HOT day!

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

    For the Drink:

    • 1 watermelon small, seedless
    • 2 - 3 limes
    • 3 tbsp honey to taste
    • 5 sprigs of mint

    Instructions

    For the Drink:

    • Chop up a small watermelon into cubes. If your watermelon has seeds, pick them out before blending .
    • Transfer the cubes to a blender.
    • Squeeze the juice of 2 limes into the blender.
    • Add a drizzle of honey.
    • Blend until smooth.
    • Squeeze the blended juice through a nut milk bag. Serve with a few sprigs of mint for garnish.

    Notes

    • If you don't want to use a nut milk bag, just strain through a sieve.
    • This would make a great cocktail! Add in a shot of light rum or vodka and a sprig of mint. Give it a good shake, serve strained, over ice or blended!
