This take on a classic Greek salad has so much flavor you just won’t believe that nutrition label! I’ve added some bell pepper for extra crunch and some great fresh ingredients like fresh thyme and oregano for a special Greek salad dressing to take this salad to the next level.
What is Greek Salad Dressing Made of?
- Extra virgin olive oil
- red wine vinegar
- thyme
- oregano
- salt
- pepper
- lemon
- anything else you love, I add a dash of honey mustard to mine!
Is Greek Salad Healthy?
YES! Lots of nutrients, fiber and vitamins A and C. You can decrease the amount of Feta used if you would like to further decrease the calories per serving. Greek salad dressing really just has calories from the olive oil so you can use a bit less if desiring an even lower calorie meal
What do you eat with Greek Salad?

Thank you for sharing this recipe. Please, show us how to make some of the Fadi’s Mediterranean Bar & Grill, because it is just TOO EXPENSIVE to eat out any more. They are a great place to eat, but most of us that used to eat there at $10/$12 (year or two ago) aren’t able to eat there anymore with the $25/$30 dollar meal price-tags.

I love Greek salad and Greek food in general. Sometimes I wonder if I was born a Greek and somehow I was misplaced in another country. I love Greek food more than the food I grew up eating.
