    Peach Popsicle

These popsicles are just too fantastic to miss! If peaches aren’t in season then use this same recipe and sub the peaches out for mangos, berries, cherries or whatever you like!

No popsicle mold? Not a problem! You can make a DIY version using shot glasses, or any small cup! To get the popsicle stick to stand upright cover the top with some plastic wrap and just poke the stick through.

    Steps to Make These Popsicles

    Peach Popsicle

    1. Peel the skin off of the peaches. Save a few slices for large chunks. Add the entire can of coconut cream to the blender.
    2. Toss in the peaches.
    3. Drizzle in honey.
    4. Add a pinch of cardamom.
    5. Blend until smooth.
    6. Pour blended mixture into mold.
    7. Add in the large chunks to the popsicle mold.
    8. Cover with a lid.
    9. Add popsicle sticks. Freeze for about 4 hours or overnight.

If you’ve tried these popsicles then don’t forget to rate the recipe and let me know how you got on in the comments below, I love hearing from you!
